We normally meet on the second Thursday in each month at 10 AM, at
ETCIL (East Texas Center for Independent Living), at 4713 Troup Highway (110) in Tyler TX.
We have no membership dues, so just come and enjoy our group. We talk about depression &
bipolar, watch videos, and sometimes have a speaker. We have a Christmas party in December,
and people are asked to bring something to eat such as cookies or chips. We usually have a group
picnic in late spring. We will decide on the time and place in the spring.
